Also can let friends or family supervise together. Reduce the amount of time you spend online at regular intervals until you are less addicted to the Internet Then let them see some interesting books, let them feel the charm of knowledge, let them understand that more reading than the Internet is more useful. And cultivate their thirst for knowledge, so that they can independently want to learn something.
